Shipping Policy:

• Dispatch within 24 hours
• Delivery within 4-6 days in India

Return Policy:

• No Returns and Exchange: These imitation jewelry products are not eligible for returns or exchange
• Replacement for Defective Products:
  

   

  • Defective items can be replaced by contacting customer service within 2 days of delivery.
  • The defective product or part will be recalled and exchanged.
  • Jewelry with physical damage, washed, not in original condition, or missing original packaging/accessories are not eligible for replacement under ‘replacement of defective products’ terms.
  • Unboxing Video: Unboxing video will be mandatory for claim replacement for defective products
• Quality Check: Returned products (if in compliance with the above mentioned terms) will be checked for quality and must be unused, unwashed, and returned within 2 days for a replacement to be processed. Shipping Cost for valid returns need to be borne by the Customers, if no shipping was charged at the time of sale of the item
